When you use the contact form on this website we collect the information you voluntarily submit: your full name, email address, telephone number (optional) and a brief description of your legal matter.
We do not collect any personal data by automatic means other than standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) which are retained for a maximum of 30 days for security purposes.
03Purpose and Legal Basis
Your contact data is processed solely in order to respond to your enquiry and, if instructed, to provide legal services. The legal bases under GDPR Art. 6 are:
- Art. 6(1)(b) — processing necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request.
- Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to this office.
- Art. 6(1)(a) — your freely given consent, where requested separately.
04Legal Professional Privilege
All communications between you and this office are covered by legal professional privilege under Greek Law 4194/2013 (Code of Lawyers) and applicable Bar Association rules. This imposes strict confidentiality obligations that apply independently of data protection law.

If a client relationship arises, data is retained for as long as required by the applicable limitation periods (generally 20 years under Greek civil law) and any mandatory professional record-keeping obligations.
If no client relationship arises, your contact data is deleted within 12 months of your initial enquiry unless you have expressly requested otherwise.
06Recipients
Your data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be disclosed only where required by law or court order, or where strictly necessary to provide the legal service you have requested.
07International Transfers
Your data is stored and processed within the European Economic Area. No transfers to third countries take place.

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request erasure (subject to our legal retention obligations); restrict or object to processing; and data portability.
